• All bookings must be made through the website.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Services are non-refundable once delivered.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for live sessions.

• No-shows for Zoom sessions will not be refunded.
   

4. Delivery of Services

• Recorded readings are delivered within 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified.

• Digital products (e.g., astrology reports, meditations) are delivered instantly or within the timeframe noted on the product page.
   

5. No Guarantees

• Readings and energy healing sessions are subjective and based on interpretation.

• Ocean Moonflower does not guarantee specific outcomes from any spiritual service.

• Clients are responsible for their own choices and actions following any guidance received.

• Clients must be respectful during live sessions.

• Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
